Franco Update
In today’s Franco Update, I’m sharing some personal milestones. Recently, I hit a golf milestone by scoring my first birdie on a Par 3, which was a huge achievement for me after some struggles with my game. Did you know that if you're not in an HOA there are still rules? I was reminded of the importance of maintaining properties after receiving a citation for the Palm Trees at my Airbnb. These experiences have given me a renewed appreciation for well-maintained spaces.
Market Update
Our real estate market update covers major cities in Arizona. Currently, cities in the East Valley are experiencing a seller’s market, while those west of Phoenix are seeing a buyer’s market. A few cities are in a balanced market. Here’s a snapshot of the market index for key cities as of July 18, 2024:
Chandler: 173.9 (-13%)
Avondale: 162.3 (+4%)
Phoenix: 133.9 (-3%)
Mesa: 131.3 (-8%)
