Francine Dinh was the ultimate professional with the personal touch. She was able to negotiate below asking price on a condo in Sun City, AZ with a 21 day close. We looked at over 30 properties in total and Francine was as energetic for the first one as the last one. Even when an offer fell out of escrow due to a horrendous inspection report, Francine helped steer us in the right direction and was never flustered in any way. She is very knowledgeable in the Phoenix area, has many referrals to anything house related, and is more than happy to go the extra mile for her clients. We will be hiring Francine again in the future. It feels like we made a friend too. She's the best.
