Market Update (Cromford Report)

  • Active listings are up 50% compared to last year, indicating a significant increase in supply.

  • Listings under contract have increased year over year, marking the highest since May 2021.

  • Days on market have decreased by one day compared to the previous month.

  • Listing success rate is currently at 73%.

  • Cromford Market Index indicates a balanced market at 94, moving toward a buyer's market.
