Franco Update

I'm buzzing with excitement as I gear up for Halloween, showcasing my impressive collection of animatronics and decorations. This year, I’m planning to add some DIY elements, and I can't wait to see how it all comes together!


Market Update (Cromford Report)

In the market update, we see active listings rise by over 1,000 from last month, with pending and under-contract listings also increasing. Days on market remain stable at 71, and the listing success rate has jumped by 1.5%. Notably, sellers are offering an average of $10,000 in concessions, which is quite beneficial for buyers!


MLS Check

I highlight a charming property in the Coronado district with a casita, ideal for those looking to earn some extra income through Airbnb or long-term rentals. With a total of 1,600 sq ft (1,100 sq ft main house and 500 sq ft unpermitted casita), it's a great opportunity—just be sure to verify any income claims!


Survivor Pool Update

Lastly, I discuss the survivor pool I’m running, where participants are vying for a $250 gift card. After a whirlwind of surprising game outcomes, many were eliminated early, and I share my experience in a much larger pool that started with 9,000 people, now down to 700.
